    ...while waiting for the soap opera that is F1 to continue to unravel, I noted this in the IHT in an article about Airbus manufacturing in China.....

    "this A320 assembled in China demonstrate the same quality and performance as those assembled in Hambourg and Toulouse," said Fernando Alonso, senior VP for Flight & Integration Tests at Airbus Industrie.

    Fred's getting a headstart on his next career? Will I hear whining the next time I climb aboard an Airbus?

    If you saw the Doco done on the making of the Airbus A380, you would of seen that the chief flight test engineer is FA.

    Made me chuckle a bit then.
