who Knows Hank Carpenter?

Hank is a member here (though I can't remember his username), and has a great reputation. There are other Foreign Cars Italia employees on this forum, all of whom are very nice. I've had experience (not buying a car) with other FCI employees, and it was always pleasant.

 

screen name is HankCarp. I spoke to him a few times last winter about a 355 Spyder, which I ended up not buying (didn't buy any 355 Spyder); he was very helpful and put up with my game of 20 questions

 

I know Hank personally, and he is indeed always extremely gracious with his time. He is the epitome of an 'enthusiast', which makes him a fantastic person to work with at FCI. Not only does he know the cars, he simply loves the cars and probably has as much fun as his customers.

Hank is an active participant ("participant", not just an attendee) of most of our local FCA events and his F355 is a staple of our local group.

 

Hank is a great guy - extremely knowlegable and straight up - good guy to buy a Ferrari from

I bought a 911 Slopenose from Hank, great to deal with.

 

I sold Hank about 250 cars recently, great guy!!

 

I was not able to strike a deal with him but it was mostly timing. He truly loves cars and has thousands of great photographs. I believe the F service dept at FCI is top notch too.

Yes, Keith is still with us and he and I sell only Ferrari and Maserati now! We made some changes at FCI April 1st and Keith and I now focus on Ferrari and Maserati... It's been great and we're really busy!

Hank

 

I bought a 612 from Hank 3-years ago. I have nothing but positive feedback.

 

He's a good guy...also fun to hang out with at the Daytona 24.

 

Hank has my vote, as does FCI in general. They say you can tell a lot about a society from how it treats its weakest members. I've been coming by both locations of FCI for years, taking pictures and asking questions, and though I've never bought anything but a coffee cup, they recognize my silly old Chevy hatchback and are always glad to see me. In between actual deals, Hank always has a minute to talk cars and point out any really special items on the floor. This week, it was a 599 GTO in one corner and a Fernando 599 in the other. You couldn't ask for a more professional and gracious experience. I can only imagine how well FCI takes care of paying customers.

 

I'll be in the market for a pre-owned 360 coupe next year and I'll contact Hank first...he's a top notch guy.
