I've been on the Carnivore diet for six weeks now. Have lost 22 pounds. One of the tricks they tell you is to have a little slice of butter when you have a hunger or sweet craving. It works for me.

This was a good and informative video on butter making in France.

We've been on a world tour of butter - Ireland, Italy, etc.
So far, KerryGold from Costco is the winner.

    This stuff ain't bad...https://plugra.com/products/
It's American made near as I can tell!

Lurpak from Denmark is good too...https://new.lurpak.com/en/

This stuff from Italy is OK-ish. Better with a little more salt.
