We have a guy with a 911 at our annual Lotus track day who shows up with his wheels on the roof of the 911. Built a rack that runs between the drip edges and works like a charm. Feff
Don't think so, but this is how it's done; The mesh on the underside of the engine cover has been removed in a couple of places to allow a couple of mounts through which are bolted to the top of the rear damper mounts, then the rack slides overthese mounts once the engine cover is closed and bolted in position.
