I have 1 extra parking space in my city garage, and I am thinking about renting out at a reasonable rate if I can find the right car enthusiast. My space is climate controlled and very secure. It is actually a 5 car garage inside of a condo building with 90 car parking. My 5 spaces are walled off separate from the rest of the garage with steel doors and cinder block walls. The building is in the west loop (approximately at Madison/Racince).

I don't want someone that would be in and out everyday (I like to keep this space low profile with regard to others in the building), perhaps someone that just wants to park a weekend toy. I am on the fence about having someone else in my space (due to my tools, lift, cars...), but I think for the right person it could work out.

The pic shows how separate it is.... very private.

PM me if you are interested.

Chicago folks - if you are need for more parking please let me. The space referenced above is technically 5 separate tax pins (spaces), and I will be listing 2 spaces for sale very soon, as I have acquired more parking closer to my suburban home. Great space for a city guy. Would offer seller financing if needed.

As a little more background, this is in a 10 story condo building. The first 3 floors are all private, deeded parking (no public access). The developer took 5 spaces at the end of a floor and walled them in spearate from the rest for his personal use.

A college pal and I bought this from the developer for our extra cars (at the time I lived in the west loop). I have recently just purchased a 1500 sf. space close to my house (I live in the burbs.....).

PM for my cell if you want to chat.
