    I do! I knocked off last week to get things 'cleaned up' for the new year. I did a good job in the office, but still could use another week to get other things done around the house. Am I alone here?

    i didn't take any time off over xmas period, and don't feel in the need for them just yet. however today i was told i have to take about 20 days off in the next few months.

    i don't really feel like taking a huge long time off of werk right now, so i might just tell them i'll only come in 3 days a week for the next 10 weeks, that would be preety sweet. :cool:

    I could use a break

    Controller's 2nd hubby's got same thing her 1st hubby had - Cancer. So, in addition to Controller's 6 weeks annual vacation, she's needed to take additional time off to deal with this, that and the other - whether 2 weeks straight or day(s) at a time. All the while, there's been changes in ownership, server and software. Oh, joy.

    This has meant many days "off"... aren't.

    I hate time off, it's fun but it messes everything up and gives people excuses for not doing what they were supposed do before the Holidays.
