Lots of discussion here about "P4" 0858. Shown in several threads. One of the most historic Ferrari cars, and one of the most discussed. Who owns the car ?
Hmmmm................ In 20 years, will it be important ? 10 years ? Beautiful car and display at RETROMOBILE 2014. OF COURSE it's important !
It's clearly not important if posting the question in both the 0858 thread and the 330 P4 at 2014 Paris Retromobile thread simultaneously, while at the same time starting this thread, is all the effort one is willing to make. If it were important, TZ750 would have started a new Sub-Forum in Vintage above Vintage Ferrari Market, Recreations & Non-Period Rebodies and Vintage Driving Machines. That section would be entitled 'Who Owns "P4" 0858'. So Vintage would look like this; Vintage (thru 365 GTC4) Who Owns "P4" 0858 Vintage Ferrari Market Recreations & Non-Period Rebodies Vintage Driving Machines
In 10 years its important, yes. Then the fiscal and/or economical situation may have changed....but not now!
Total nonsense ! Actually, yes, I have to ask repeatedly! This car is one of the most evocative and charismatic cars ever built by Ferrari, and one of the most coveted. Since there are so few of them, knowing the owners (and protectors, and conservators, etc) is important to the Ferrari World. With this beautiful car displayed at RETROMOBILE 2014, with "The Transporter," it is obvious that SOMEONE, has done a LOT of research, spent a lot of time and money to produce this display for us to see - mostly at no cost to us ! Whoever it is, deserves a lot of credit, and yes, maybe adulation for having the dedication and (dare I say it...) the financial "throw weight" to bring all this together. YES, I want to know MORE about this person ! 1) Does he have other Ferrari cars ? 2) Is he a member here ? 3) Does he show his cars ? 4) How can I thank him for what he has done for us ? Get a grip, my friends........ Scott

According to March 2013 Forbes list, worth $2.6 billion. Friedhelm Loh - Forbes . Probably can afford some body and fender work.

Thank you Walter, but I am not so much into "kissing hands," unless of course you were Sofia Loren. I enjoy conversations with those I admire and respect, of whatever status. I have stood and chatted with the fastest automobile drivers in the world, and I am HARD to impress. Thanks for this tip: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/vintage-ferrari-market/203096-merged-250-gto-sold-$20-million-4.html Friedhelm Loh Post # 68. Seems to not be a man who "shuns publicity"
Well, if Walter was correct, this all took less than 24 hours to "solve." And, if Mr. Loh is in fact the owner, it would be hard to find a Ferrari owner on the Planet with LESS privacy !
Also probably can afford not to give a flying frig about what anyone, including the marketplace, thinks about his car.
seems this fellow like "P_cars"...apparently, he has BOTH of Walt Medlins old cars, AND also a 330P, ex-McCaw car... and thats all I know of... as "mick" says: a man of wealth and taste....
