    It looks Ukrainian, not Russian. And I've forgotten almost all of my Ukrainian at this point.

    "Ч" is an interesting letter. When originally printed - before 1918 - "Ч" would have been anglicized more like "tch" [kind of a soft consonant trilled "t" when used mid-word] - but even more anglicized as "ch" after the Revolution.

    I only mention this, because of the difference in Google results.
