Who Sells or Rebuilds the Magnetti Digiplex Muliplex Ignition Boxes

I want to get this done as my car has a misfire I can not fix and I noticed water corrosion all over the inside of the Digiplex box which is very common as these boxes were not sealed water tight like modern electronics. I did some searches and came up with nothing or anyone selling a new retrofit or rebuild service for these ignition boxes. I found some old threads on a conversion but it seems extensive and not something I want to do.

Specialized ECU Repair does show some photos on their website but I inquired and they said they do not have cores or parts for these at this time.

Curious what are you guys doing if your igniton boxes crap out? nobody even has used ones for sale
