I do NOT mix Maasland with Molenaar. Not at all.

This should be Simon Maasland next to 0225EL at the Italian-Swiss border when he brought the car home from Maranello. His personal license plate is on the car. I still fail to see a connection with Swaters?

I agree. Swaters was private customer at this point. I would think that Swaters and Maasland may have co-operated as private individuals as they were buying cars about the same time, but I cannot see how Swaters could have been more involved with delivery of 0225EL than that.

I wonder if this document (the dealer directory from 1954) is 100% kosher, as the Roma
address for the dealer 'Facini Boncompagni', "Via delli Mille" is very wrong.
The Firenze one is also odd, as it should read Via del Prato, not Via de Prato.

It should read: "Via dei Mille". No Italian ( possibly, someone from Modena, certainly NOT from Rome) would make a horrible grammar mistake, and an incredible history mistake as that.

This was named after the approx. thousand men that sailed from Genova to Marsala led by Garibaldi, in order to conquer the Reign of the Two Sicilies from the Bourbons. So, a not so small of an event.

Last November I walked the very street to meet a fellow that had some interesting items for sale (on the sidewalk) Ooops. Large amounts in cash, near Termini, a rather unsavory zone. I took a "BIG" friend along.

So, I do know, and still remember the nasty History teacher at school :)

    Regards, Alberto

    Good point Kare,
Could very well have been, as the heading and all countries listed are written in French. Yet....

Copy / Paste did not exist at the time, yet unforgivable mistakes, and if Ferrari had seen it, the commentaries would have been rather inflammatory ;).

Potentially, it was only an internal document.

    Regards, Alberto

It is the French version of the dealers directory.
Seems fchatters are having problems to understand this.
