Never. Wife's Cousin works for QLD Government looking after abused aboriginal children in the outback. I've posted about her before, she goes out to the aboriginal communities to check on/take care of/take away children from abusive families. She had some very sad stories of what happens out there. She worked here for about 3 years and left around 5 years ago to go back to Brisbane. She was back here earlier this year for work again for a few months to fill in for a vacant position, first thing she said after she came to visit when I asked her how work was......................"it's the same ****, nothing has changed since I left." I don't want to sound like a ****, but pretty sure nothing will ever change out here, no matter how much money and time they invest into it.
