All SE Region events are listed here. Also, a new website just for FCA North Carolina will be up and running SOON. I'll post a notice here when it's ready.

Check out the Charlotte Zaino detailing event on 21 August. There are still some openings.

Hey Guys - Sorry that I have been busy... We will have a notice in the next news bulletin about Roebling Road event which will be held on the weekend of
    October 29 - 30.

This year we will just be doing the track meet with no concours. we will also be on our own for hotels, I will host a cocktail party on Friday pm.

I will have a broadcast email out to the Ga. membership this weekend with the details.

We will also be hosting a meet at the Petit Le Mans, and planning two mountain drives in the fall.

the summer months are just too hot to have anything going on!

Anyone interested in a caravan from North Carolina?

We had a caravan of 2 from Greensboro last year. We drove our 328 but are debating using a trailer this year. Either way, would be interested in a caravan.

Right now I'm planning on going with my son as co-driver. I'll trailer the car as the long interstate drive is really boring. I'd be glad to caravan, though. Apparently, there's no event hotel so I was just thinking of finding something close to the track, not downtown Savannah. With no Sunday concours, I was also planning to head home Sunday AM, maybe even Saturday night.

Funny y'all should mention trailers. I was afraid to post it earlier, but I'm going to haul my car too. It's just a little too far to sit in those seats (5 hours), plus all the baggage and stuff with "Mrs." coming too.

Does anybody want to talk seriously about getting a group rate on a hauler? Brad Owen can carry three cars in his... and he brought my car in perfect shape from Knoxville (over the mountains).

If anyone needs rooms, I am a member of several resorts in Hilton Head Island. a hour from the track. If you are familiar with HHI, you know it is great.

If not, you need to experiance one of the finest resort islands on the eastern seabord.

Let me know well in advance and I will check on reservations, from villas for 6 to single room effiecency

As for Harbor Town, we have confernce rooms, banquet rooms, guess lounge, and plenty of restaurants and bars, not to mention a crewed private lunch to take us for a cruise.

Saw the new thread for Roebling with all the info. I thought it listed the Planters Inn as the hotel. Still not sure where we'll be staying. We'll have a single car open trailer, but are still interested in a caravan from the Triad area. Last year we went down 52 to 85 to 77 to 95.
