    Where did Ferrari come in on J.D. Power's list this year? ;)

    The big difference is that I live within a 30-minute drive of three Mercedes dealerships, two Porsche and four BMW dealerships. They both have loaner cars for service, and they can usually fix your car in one day. I've lost count of Toyota dealerships.

    Good luck getting your Ferrari fixed in a day. The parts and service network is as much to blame as the cars, IMO. It's thin, to be charitable.

    Cell phones have probably done more than any other product when it comes to making Ferrari ownership feasible.
