Why are some options only available in Europe?

The roll bar, sport seats, and harnesses look great. But this set up is unavailable in the United States.

Why? To you knowledge, will this change with the next round of new models and become available for the United States.

Just a guess: the cost of compliance with silly paternalistic US laws can't be amortized over such a small number of cars. I'd have loved to have the bar in my Stradale.

    ARE YOU JOKING?

All laws in the USA are made with our (the populace) best interests in mind!

There's nothing paternalistic there. It's just that our government knows what's best for us, better than we do.

It is FedGovCo at its best, for the most part:

    The seats are available.

DOT prohibits internal "roll cages" in production automobiles. I really can't see how that protects the occupants, pedestrians, or other people - but that's the rule. You MAY install aftermarket. Unfortunately on a 360 that would ental a new dash and a few smaller trim items.

Per DOT - You may install an aftermarket harness in ADDITION to your three point belts. It isn't that 4 and 5 point belts are banned, 3 point belts are mandated. I can tell you, from personal experience that a five point harness doesn't go over too well on first dates either.

    BTW, how are you feeling?
