I'm not sure what this relay is for <a href="http://s1382.photobucket.com/user/jason_lee14/media/IMG_2603_zpsqyt6utyn.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1382.photobucket.com/albums/ah262/jason_lee14/IMG_2603_zpsqyt6utyn.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo IMG_2603_zpsqyt6utyn.jpg"/></a> I think it's 23 on this diagram <a href="http://s1382.photobucket.com/user/jason_lee14/media/1239_zpsc4f4lyrt.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1382.photobucket.com/albums/ah262/jason_lee14/1239_zpsc4f4lyrt.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo 1239_zpsc4f4lyrt.jpg"/></a> It cycles when the key is in the run position. I would like to know it's purpose and why it's clicking.
Intermittent wiper relay. The wiper stalk has three positions: off, on and intermittent. the console switch then controls the speed. The manual is your friend.
