    Unless it's a fiberglass fabrication, it could be a US bumper shaved on the bottom, painted and pushed in (plus the black grill underneath painted silver).

    There is no such thing as a US or Euro spoiler. They are shallow as standard & a deep one was an option.

    It looks to me like a plain euro bumper but painted gloss black and with US lights.

    The distinguishing features between a euro bumper and a pushed-in US bumper is that the euro bumper slopes more to follow the profile of the marker lights. The US bumper also has the two bumpers which protrude below and frame a place for a US-format license plate. Both bumpers protrude forward about the same amount.

    Due to US safety standards the big (ugly) bumper wasn’t an option ,it was a must ,if I’m not mistaken
