Why has this one sat for so long... ??

It's been on e-bay for almost a year now and I want to say the original asking was ~$80k. Now down to $65.

I searched but did not see it discussed before (although I think it has been). What is wrong with it? Color, no maintenance records or maintenance period?

 

If it were nero, it would have sold for full price ......................

 

As you point out a major service is most likely due on it...any interest in detailing the engine????

 

yeah you'd think they would clean the engine bay before taking pics.

Engine does not present very well. Looks tired. Appears to have water stains on oil cap and air covers. Missing side panel. More than likely needs major service . Seats look a little off colour which would indicate wear. Don't forget the old adage, if its less than market price there is a reason. At the end of the day though, if the price is low enough then that would cover major service and perhaps headers replacement. Body looks fine.

 

Car needs major and has no service history...
