    Here's a solution to consider.

    Get really drunk. (Apparently you're already pretty good at this.)

    Stand by the side of the road.

    Wait for the Ferrari of your choice to approach.

    Step in front of the car.

    If you live, sue the owner for pain and suffering.

    Offer to take his car as payment in full at the settlement hearing. (Of course, insist the damage be repaired first.)

    Viola, now you own a Ferrari!
