Why is this Murcielago so cheap?

    So here's what may be a dumb question: Assuming the car was repaired by a good shop (could one find this out?), what would the potential problems be with owning/driving it other than miserable resale value?

    Obviously the owner would have to be familiar with the car's history and understand that it's "tainted", but is there a reason that it wouldn't operate properly? I.e. is it going to fall apart at high speeds?

    Seems like a good way to save $50k+ on this car if you're willing to accept that it's not "pure"....(but I assume I'm missing something bigger).
