Can you believe these Corvette dealers? Take a look at eBay and this link in particular.

One, they are asking over list for an 05 Corvette that will quickly drop like a rock in value. Yes, they sure know how to build customer loyalty.

Two, they say it's a "Collector Sieres". Apparently it has a "special number" on it. LMAO!

Three, they won't win a spelling contest anytime soon.

Hell, they're almost as dishonest as lawyers! :)

Did you contact them? Is that how you know they are asking over list? I don't see any mention of that in the listing. The '05 looks nice but I wouldn't even pay list for one.

They probably numbered the first 1000 C6s. I guess that's a series, and if you're collecting it, it's just a little stretch to call it a collector series.

What else is wrong with it though? I don't see where they have the asking price up at all - $5000 deposit is the biggest number I am seeing. Oh someone just big $25,100

I am being presumptious because I did not contact this particular dealer. But I have contacted others and they all wanted over list.

Why put it on eBay if they didn't want over list? It seems to me you want it up on eBay if you want the moon for a car or if you think your local market may not absorb the car. Maybe I'm wrong.
