Boy. Yeah, its probably a scam. But, someone should take the bait and see what happens. This is either the bigest scam, or the deal of the decade. If I had the money, I would take the buy it now option and make arrangements to pick up the car in person with cashiers check at a neighborhood bank near him. At that point he would show his true colors. You dont need a PPI on an $11K 348 either. A short test drive should proclaim enough for that price. I am sure someone on here lives near this guy if he is for real.
