Curious to more experienced FC contributors - with nostalgia taking effect on all models IMO from Magnum PI to 575M, and well cared for or original 328's carrying a premium, other than white color, why some models $100k plus and this probably can't get move at $60k if negotiated below advertised price? And not sure but almost recall seeing this w/ snow on the ground online....here Thanksgiving approaches...

As I continue to follow different model markets things like this are curious to me - looks like a good example and yet nobody takes it when reds are $30k more and seem the same if not less 'original' and one owner?

Thanks in advance for any educational input.

Gullwing Motorcars has a reputation for offering cars that are in less than top condition, require maintenance, etc... but even then

How the hell do you lose a targa top? This car has NO roof at all, it doesn't come with the only roof panel! There may be a good chance that this car has a salvage title, perhaps?

Engine looks a bit rough and white on white not very desirable.

The fact that they are selling the car without sourcing a roof is telling enough for me.

+1 (or -1) for the Gullwing factor.
And seriously? No roof? You can't be bothered to source a targa top for a $70k ask?

Guess I'm more perplexed as to why this would come as a surprise it's still for sale. :)

No problem witht the roof, I-velocita has a nice saratoga for sale. It will make the car a $80k 328. ;)

This seller is local to me. I've talked to them on the phone about a couple cars and it quickly became clear that they knew very little about their inventory. After a few minutes it was clear that they're not people I'd do any business with. Just my $0.02.
