Why the 360 is better than the 430

ROFL! No wonder most folks don't know where to find them.

 

Thats the best place to hide it. NO body will even try to steal it or they will bring home more than the ECU.

 

One of my rules is a steering and braking ECU kinda disqualifies the car as analog.. a-la new NSX. Even ABS braking, shock stabilization or ASR system kinda borders on the fence... IMHO

When you have problems with your car and you post here. Look for his input or Rustybits. They're the ones to listen to.

 

My name is not mentioned...my opinion don't count? I know where the ECUs are hidden now.

 

Test drive the new BMWs. I have a new M5 right now the last manual for it, but those electronic steering really disappoints me. But, thats the future they say. I have owned BMW for years and maybe ive had less than 10, but I hope they go back to the drawing board on that. If that is the future of BMW, they need to put more sensors to give more feedback to the driver.

 

Sorry to hear but I doubt that they'll go back. Manufacturers are more concerned about disengaging the driver in future vehicles instead giving them an engaging feel.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've heard that about the electric racks. I'm actually not a BMW guy. They just don't do anything for me. I like the i8 though. Now I understand with the 8 coming out why they cancelled the 6 series.

I could actually afford a 3 pedal 360.
