    this happend to my farthers commowhore in our front yard... from what i understand it happens a lot an is very hard to prevent. Though i do wonder what someone would do with a set of Austin Martin rim, i mean i dont think they bolt up to your average ford falcon do they...

    They bolt onto any modern Jag.

    Aston Martin today is owned by Ford, who also owns Jag. The cars are largely badged-engineered Jags. Take a look at the switchgear next time you sit in one. Their V12 engine is two Mondeo V6 blocks cast together, the V8 is derived from the Jag motor that also appears in Range Rovers.

    Didnt matter though, the insurance company offered him GTO rims at no extra cost :) Score!

    and the Aston wouldn't have been parked , it would have broken down and the only thing of any value would be the tyres so the wheels had to go as well ....... [flame suit on]
