    Why does hotwheels fail so hard at making wheels look good on a model. The new F430 elites wheels look HUGE on the car, and the nose of the car looks like it's touching the ground.

    Yeah, i agree. wheels look slightly too big for the car...

    And the 599 looks like it has 4x4 tires. Hot Wheels sucks.

    I can tell you exactly why. It's because the entire Hot Wheels program is controlled by Mattel's marketing department, not the designers.

    I agree that Mattel never seems to get the rims and tire sizes correct. The didn't even correct the rims and tires on their Super Elite Series either.

    I had to correct rims and tires myself.
