Hi all, Thinking about purchasing a used 430 from wide world. Anybody had any dealings with them? Thanks, Ken
I had dealings with them and they were very unprofessional....very. I have since bot all my cars from Ferrari Of Long Island and I can't praise them enought, great guys to deal with and fun too.
I had a ten year history with them...purchased several cars...and used their service department...all was good until one day when my salesman was let go...I felt I could not get a call back and was treated as if I had done something wrong...would not honor my place in line for a car ....felt my business with them over the prior ten years was not worth anything and was treated like a rookie...since then I have purchase more than ten cars from Ferrari of Long Island and could not have been happier....treated like a good friend and like a family member...if something can not be done I am told right away...no B.S....service department has always been on time...while WW of Cars is closer to my home it is worth the extra miles for me to deal with F of LI...the Tax Dr
guys im not one to talk badly about people, but Nick has alot of issues. He was a liability to the place. Im not going to rehash old stories, some of them are probably reported in the archives, but u cant blame them letting go of Nick. Anyway, if its good for benny caiola and jim glick, its good for my measily fleet.
Nick had a lot of issues....I understand why they let him go...but I felt I was lumped in with him because he was my salesman...I was not judged on my own merit...I did not do anything wrong....I waited between two and three years for my 360 and was waiting about three years for the 430 which I never got from WW of C...when I purchased my 355 from WW of C (1997) there was no wait...during those years I only used WW of C for service...I think I was a solid good loyal customer...since leaving WW of C I have purchased from F of LI two 430s...16M...two 599s...Enzo...CA in a few of days...I could have purchased these cars from WW of C if they did not drop me....oh well ...I am happy with F of LI so I guess everything worked out for the best...good luck ...a Ferrari is a joy on many levels and drive the car you purchase...do not make it a garage queen.
is fantastic!!! i have been over at WWC and everyone from Dean in parts all the way to sales are total professionals! i had the absolute opposite experiences at FoLI, the arrogance at FoLI is off the charts, and make sure you show up when the owner is not in a bad mood, he might try to bite your head off otherwise.
100%. I understand Justin is a stand-up guy too, though I've never had any dealing with him. Search the archives. There's lots of threads on FoCNJ, FoLI, WWoC, & Algar with good and bad experiences. Do your homework.
Ferrari of central NJ always were very professional and accommodating with any questions, problems or service issues.I would highly recommend them. I will be purchasing a new Ferrari as soon as I can see one in the metal. If your sincere about purchasing a used Ferrari mine is for sale. If interested my Email;[email protected] Good Luck in whatever you decide.
