You gotta be kidding me Rehan. The sun is shining and rain ain't goin' to come until the late afternoon if at all! Get in your Lambo or Bimmer and come on down bro. Here is the forecast...which at best is based on regional probability.

"Variable clouds with thunderstorms, especially during the late afternoon hours. A few storms may be severe late. High 91F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%"

But Eric, don't you understand that for Rehan, that means there's a 60% chance that he'll have to spend 9 hours next weekend (or tomorrow?) on his back with a toothbrush picking sand particles out from between the springs?

He may be cleancrazy, but I wouldn't take that bet either if I were in his shoes....;)

Eric i am kicking my self in the ass for not going i cannot belive these morons at weather channel were so wrong. It said on weather.com that there is 60% chance of rain in my area by 10 am.

Noah is right also right all i was picturing spending all my evenings next week, take rims off the car, lying on my back, and cleacing the under-carriage, springs an engine of the car with WD-40 dripping into eyes. :(

Glad to hear you guys had a great time, post pictures of the events for me. Thanks.

Umm, Visene, with Tetrahydrozaline get's the red out. Not WD-40. :)

Tell the truth. they were only topless and that was only because it was so hot. Those that tried to stay covered were running around in wet t-shirts. All-in-all not a bad thing either.

Sorry, didn't get a picture of the girl on the hood. I'll post the cars a little later tonight.

Great seeing everyone today albeit for a short time with the heat and family along for the ride. Had a great lunch in Frenchtown with Kenny & Nicole and a very nice drive down and back. Kenny and I almost got nailed by a sneaky NJ Trooper standing on the side of Rt 78 with a laser gun. My K40 setup once again kept me outta trouble when I dropped the anchor. Tricia was ready to kill me but quickly understood once she saw the trooper.

Good times...and nice to meet Darth, see Carbon and everyone else in the heat.

Yeah, that troop or his brother was out when i was heading home, too, although he was sitting inside his car with the A/C going. Luckily, some wanker in a cheesy, little white eco-box decided to try and convince me that I should have bought a mid-nineties used Corolla instead of the Diablo, and i watched him race down the left lane at well over 90mph, only to drop anchors in a panic once he saw the Man. I continued to cruise in the middle lane at a steady speed, and waved to Mr. Man as I went by; interestingly, the trooper didn't seem to care about either of us. Maybe he knew you guys were coming...

We got there just as Kenny was leaving. We were there all of 20 minutes before heading into town to meet up with K&N for lunch. It was just way to hot for my little guy and the wife.

Then we saw Lupe, Clyde, Greg and Rob on their way outta town. Thought we would catch up to them but they must have headed towards Lambertville.

Glad to hear none of us got pegged on the way back. That trooper was in full battle mode when we came up on him. This is the second time that my K40 has "saved" me. I guess it really works! Go figure... :)

It was a wee bit hot, wasn't it? Unfortunately, my little one was spontaneously combusting, so I had to get her out of there, but not before taking a look at the beautiful assortment of exotics and showing my wife Lisa the differences between a 308 and a Mondial (two of the likely suspects.) Wished there was a GT4 to spec out at the same time. My girls favorites were the "James Bond car" (white Lotus Esprit...I'm proud they have a proper grounding in the classics...) and the Caterham 7 (hmmm...budding Anglophiles?)

I just now asked Lisa which car was her favorite: "Umm...the 328." "You mean Augustine's? The one I drove?" "Yup, that's the one." You hear me, my man? It was good to see you today, however briefly.

And, of course, a chance to meet Carbon McCoy on the fly is an F-Chat rite of passage. You could never enter the Federal Witness Protection Program so long as you sport that unique prancing horse tattoo, but it makes for instant recognition.

I assumed that more from Ferrarichat would be there, and now reading the thread, I realize it was a whole gaggle, a slew, a school, a veritable platoon of F-Chatters was present. I hope to meet more of you sometime when we're not distracted by the act of sweating away all our vital fluids.

That was Lupe following my 308! :D
of course I was following Robbi driving Kim's white car
then Lupe, then Greg G in his SUV.

Lots of troopers on 78 up until 287 and I had clear sailing from there until the GSP. Nice drive, Lupe! thanks!

Lots of wackos out driving. Doesn't anyone believe in using their directionals anymore?
