    Just taking a quick look at the parts catalog at Ricambi shows that at least some variants of 348 and F355 used the same carpets. Take a look at this example: http://www.ricambiamerica.com/product_info.php?products_id=282714. I'm not saying all are necessarily interchangable, but at least some appear to be. Early/late, Spider/tb/ts may make a difference.
