Will 430 Becker head unit work for 360?

    Will a 430 Becker head unit work for my 03 360? Is it a direct fit?

    Why? If this is a radio code issue, the code is in the chassis not the face plate.

    No the code, my unit has issues with playing CD so I need a new one. Since OEM Becker are so expensive I might as well get the updated model on the 430. Any thoughts?

    Yes, it will fit. I changed my OEM Ferrari Unit (becker model) on my 2003 456M to the latest one on the 430's. I picked up a used one from another owner. You will find a few owners who remove the stock 430 becker unit and replace it with somthing else.

    It will keep your car stereo looking stock. You might want to ping Kevin Wright in regards to see if he has any other 430 becker units left. Get the IPOD connector as well.

    Thanks, do you mind telling me how much you got the unit for? Can I get some pictures? Also what year is your F430 unit?

    Also may I know who Kevin Wright is?

    I put a new 430 radio from Kevin in my 456M. It fit perfectly and I had it installed in under an hour 40 of which was spent trying to figure out that the console screws were behind the switches. I also got the Ipod connector from him and ran the cable to the glove box. Now I have on screen access to all 10,000 cd's I have on my 160GB Ipod through the radio screen. I also got one of the cupholders from him.
    I love it, and the cupholder rocks. Pictures to follow. Now I want the same setup for my 355. A 6 CD changer seems like an antique with this setup.
