    The FIA's ruling on that is fishy at best. That's an old argument that's been beat into the ground so i won't get into it again. You are missing the whole point however, the FIA has tainted the championship this year regardless of who wins. Because of thier meddling now people have doubts as to whether the Ferrari just caught up to and passed the Renualt in terms of speed or if they were helped by the FIA's Mass Damper ban. The championship should be run on the track not in a court room. To me the bottom line is they got the ok to run the system from the FIA. Now because they changed the way they read thier owns rules they changed the rules midstream. If they had any doubts about the system they should have looked into it sooner. By the way they didn't penalise Ferrari for running those flex wings at the start of the season either did they?

    ah. that was a classic piece. the fans was still swarming around teh track around 7-8 pm, almost 3-4 hrs after the race ended the the Ferraris was disqualified!
