Will the Ferrari 348 fit me?

I have a feeling only you will be able to answer that one. Find one for sale near you and take a test drive. I'm 5'10" 200 lbs. (not a personal trainer, so you can assume less muscle and more butter), and I fit fine in my 348. Head room is a bit low, but I don't touch. Don't know if that helps....

 

I'm 6' 2". I have a 348 Spider. Plenty of headroom with the top up (even more, of course, when down!).

 

Didn't Tom Selleck fit in the 308 and 328?!

 

Mike I have a 1991 348tb. I have also had a 308 gtsi and a 328 gts. I'm 6'2" 217 lbs. I can tell you the 348 has a more roomer feel and more head room than the 308 or 328. It is also a much quicker car too.

 

I'm 6'0" and fit fine headwise in a 348tb. Do not try a 348ts, however. It has significantly less room than a 328GTS with its targatop behind the seats.

Check the seats for comfort. The 348ts/tb seats were criticized by some for being too narrow. More comfortable seats came along with the spyder. I'm guessing that for maximum 348 comfort all the way around, you'll be wanting a spyder.

 

I am 6'2 and fit quite nicely in my 308 GTB. I also fit well in 348 GTS and GTB models. I would have a bit of trouble wearing a helmet with the top on in a 348 GTS.

They scalloped the seat for him, and his head still sticks way out of the top.

 

I'm 5'11" 200lbs More muscle then butter, but not a fitness guru or anything...and I fit in my 348. In fact I think it's kind of comfortable despite what most people say. I can put the top behind me, but I'm too close to have fun driving the car.

When the top is on my head will brush against the top if I have to move forward to turn on the air or something.

 

I'm 6'3" 225lbs and fit in my 348 with a helmet on without a problem....cant see why you cant fit.

 

I fit in my 348 fine, but then again, I'm only 5'8".
If anyone is having a problem fitting inside their 348 with the top stored behind the seat, I have your answer.
I have a rare folding targa for the 348, (probably work on the 355 as well, not sure). It's a nice looking black top that attaches the same way the hard targa does, but collapses and stores on top of the rear window shelf. You can have the top off and still move your seat full aft.
I've not used it in the 3 years I own it. I just bought it since it was very rare. I'd be willing to part with it. First $1000 gets it.
If you watch eBay long enough, you might find one there as well, maybe cheaper.

 

I'm 5'11" - when I first got in a 328 GSs my head was up against the top and bent over but I like to sit up. No problems in my 348 spider but the top is down virtually all of the time...

When sitting in the 348ts and then the GTS, I found that the GTS (like the spider) not only has better seats but that there is more legroom and also headroom, as the seats are lower.

I'm 6'5" 235lb and I fit fine in a 348 Spider. Maybe I was so excited I couldn't tell my head was hitting but I don't recall any fitment issues. Never sat in a 308/28 but stood next to one and that was a funny picture!!
