I drove a 996TT before I bought the 355. I have not driven a 993. The 996 would run circles around the 355. Better go, better stop, AWD, modern conveniences, etc. On a track, the 993TT would absolutely bury the 355. But that's not my thing (not that I don't drive it on the track, I just don't care if it's the fastest thing out there).

When I go out to drive, I am never racing anyone. I like to hear the motor wind out, to run the shifter through the gate, to try for the perfect rev match, to experience the drive. There is no stop watch, no G-meter, no audience. To me, this experience in the 355 is so far above the Porsche, it is just not a comparison. As always, it depends on what you want.

    Personally, I want a 360CS :)

I had a 96 tt and now own a 98 F355 Spider. There is absolutely no comparison. I could hand my mother the keys to the porsche. The Spider is another story. If your looking for a refined vehicle the is fun to drive - go TT. If your looking for an exhilerating ride that will put and retain a grin on your face from ear to ear - F355.

It sounds like If I accept the offer, I might get bored of TT pretty soon. And in the same time I would have sweet& bitter dream of F355 memory.
