Owner of the Ferrari that I've turned a wrench on quite a bit is auctioning off his car in support of his Hoop Camp basketball camp for disabled children.

Fine print says must be in state of Oregon to purchase. Not sure the details there.

Oh, man. I would totally buy a ticket for that, and I'm not a betting woman.

But for those of you who are in Oregon, is the car a 6-speed or F1? It's not clear (to me, anyway) from the Web site.

    As a '96 it would be a gated 6-speed.

Ok not to get off topic....why would it need a complete engine overhaul at 29k? I'm not saying it didnt need it I'm just curious what happened

Because it had the classic exhaust manifold issue which went uncorrected until it burned up a valve. Thus the entire engine was rebuilt all new. There's a thread and pics of it on here somewhere 4-5 years ago.

My wife and I bought two $100 tickets to a raffle at our cities' downtown theater fundraiser. The grand prize was our 95 all black spider with 25K miles. I think they only sold a few thousand tickets. Local events have much better odds than some of those national events.
I highly recommend investing and its' always good to donate for worthy causes.
We always buy a fet tickets for the St Jude dream home giveaway here in Memphis also.
    Good luck to all.
Been there, done that and still smiling.
