360 Window adjustments won’t hold; what to replace?

I’ve taken the door apart on my 360 more times than I care to reminisce about to close the gap in the back edge of the window to quell the wind noise and water ingress. It’s always perfect, then slowly makes its way out of position again.
At this point, what do I need to replace to keep it in place? Entire regulator? Loctite on the adjustment bolts? I’d really like to stop going back into that PITA door.
