Window rise gone out of calibration

My driver's side window on my GTS has now decided to rise too far and touch the leather trim with the roof down. Rattles like hell. With the roof up the window drops automatically to the bottom when you open the door getting out. I cannot raise the window with the door open.

I presume it is a protection protocol to prevent breaking the glass on the roof when closing the door. Anyone experienced this? How do I do a relearn? I have left the car unlocked in the garage.
