As it appears Ferrari has no part listing for the rubber stops at the bottom of the door what's the usual replacement? Can't imagine this car is the only one with chopped out units....

My local ACE hardware store had a bin of rubber nibbed stops to choose from.

A circuit breaker in the window motor opens, stopping the motor when it stalls. The lower rubber stops are important as the window slams into those stops stalling the motor. Without them the window slams into steel to stop. Not a friendly sight.

Although I replaced the rubber stops, I also added limit swithes. Elegant solution but totally not mandatory.

Hadn't thought of hardware outlets, tried a few general wreckers for something similar, profiles and retention all seem to differ....suppose nothing a hacksaw and contact cement won't cure if it comes to that.

Front stops in this car are totally missing and the rears are on their last legs, so must bang into the folded sheet steel base with some force.

BTW, electrician reports the diagrams are good for the right hookers, pity someone has done nasty things to the fusebox area in the distant past - which would make Enzo's effort look professional.
