    Hi

My 1987 Mondial 3200 is loosing its window washer water
Thought the reservoir was leaking, turned out the pump unit is leaking between the motor and pump part
Tried to repair but failed, there is a seal that is worn
Anybody already succeeded without replacing the seal??
Is there a cheap source for this unit, it is marked: ISOLA Torino 001107 12V

The pump is a common item at any auto parts store. The only problem I encountered was the hole in the tank had to be enlarged for the replacement grommet to fit properly. The least exspensive part I have ever found. cheers, Lost

    Thanks Lost

Already managed to repair by opening the pump unit
Then added a sealing glue between the rubber seal and the motor

I managed to seal my slow my washer tank leak using a cheap 2 part 5 minute epoxy kit and applying plenty of goop, twice.

I believe I could replace the motor to a newer type by engineering it to the bottom of the tank using several kits of that 2 part epoxy stuff. Course you can always buy a replacement 'bag' type unit complete with motor but the white tank is a uniquely Ferrari part of the car and just looks right.
