Window winder handle removal

Trying to rust proof the insides of the doors on a Dino 246 GT, but cant figure out how to remove the window winder handle. On lesser vehicles there is usually a thin tool to slide behind the handle & release a clip or fastener, is the 246 the same? Any info. photos or diagrams would be appreciated.
