Window wire routing

OK I am in the process of getting a little door rust taken care of . Typical in the front lower portion of both doors and so far restricted to the inside corner. I just want to nip it now before it starts to spread. My question is , what is the wiring path from inside the car thru the door post. I want to pull the wires back into the car body when the body shop does the work. Do I need to remove the front inner liners to see the wires or can I just feed it back into the body by removing the hinge plate. I have a 77 GTB so there is no connector at the hinge area. Thanks
