    If I bought a Cicero 5 years ago and will scrap it shortly, can I use the Windows XP cd that came with the computer on another computer I'm building? Not trying to have it loaded on 2 computers or trying to copy it, just transfer it to another computer. The cd has the Cicero logo on it and "for distribution only with a new Cicero PC."
