windshield washer filler

In the later model 355s ('97 or maybe '98 and later), the windshield washer reservoir is located in the space in front of the LH wheel well (this was so to make room for the OEM CD changer located under the RH trunk access cover next to the battery cut off switch). So, in the later models, the reservoir filler tube comes up under the LH trunk access cover next to the fuse panel.

Does anyone have or could take some photos of exactly where it comes up? I would also like to know where the small 5/16" diameter reinforced neoprene feed tube from the pump comes up as well as its electrical feed. These all pass through 3 rubber grommets in the inner fender.

Why? I've converted my '96 and am about to install the filler tube, feed line and power cable and would like to match OEM if possible. Appreciate any help.
