Windshield washer reservoir replacement?

Has anyone removed or replaced the windshield washer reservoir on a 355?
I filled my reservoir yesterday (or tried to) on my 1998 F1, but 5 minutes later there was a puddle of water on the garage floor beneath the reservoir. At this point, I don't know if the tank itself has a hole in it, or if there is a loose connection that my just need tightening.
Does one access the reservoir from below?

 

Remove the heat formed carpeted cover inside the front hood compartment on the passenger side and the reservoir is right there. First check to make sure the rubber seal around the pump is ok or the hose has not come loose before buying another reservoir. If you eventually decide that u need one, I may have one stashed away

For me removing and reinstalling that front carpet was a PITA.
It took longer than changing out the small water pump by the HVAC unit.
I ended up taking most of it out, due to the leaking pump, a real test of patience.
