    - The car was created by Dan Gurney who set up his team called All-American Racers. The car is simply the best looking F1 car of all time. The only other car that is on the same page is the Lotus 49B.

Eep, that's a lot of linkage to many a thumbnail.
For full size pictures just take out the ".th" in the end of the URL.

A pretty cool event. Got into the event gratis, even into the jaguar hospitality deal (catered food was so-so, but who am i to complain).

Cal setup 2 parade laps which was awesome of him.

All in all, an interesting day. Lots of cool cars, and John Mozart was burning it up trying to move that Lister-Chev.

I saw a lovely old Alfa Guilia GTA with a Mozart listed as the driver - is it the same person?

Nancy and I drove our 87TR the 135 miles to Infineon, and my thanks to Cal for getting the tix for the car corral. I didn't know we would get to blast around the track; that really was great. Even though I started getting allergies after lunch we stayed all day. I gave a future F-car owner Nancy's seat for the track ride and I think he liked it even more than I did. We let some of the youngsters sit in the car for the parents to photgraph; they were amazed when we would suggest it! Everyone we met from all of the clubs was very pleasant,we had a good time and thanx again.

Interesting - I had bad allergies starting a little after lunch too, and it put me out of commission that whole night.
