My cousin has been working at a hotel in Winnipeg for about 6 months... apparantly you guys get snow in October! That must put a damper on any exotic car spottings..... On that note, are there many Ferrari's in Winterpeg?

Well the MSRP for a Boxster is 64K CDN and 78K For a Boxster S. If you add one some options+ the dealer needs to make some cash also. THATS not that large of a price.
Last time I was in Winnipeg was in 1979. My sister was living there and I attended her wedding in Gimli. If I remember correctly, I stayed in the St. Boniface area. I don't recall it being a very economically upbeat city. I'll assume that things have changed since then?
(Hi guys, new member/lurker here!) I grew up in a small town near Winnipeg (for the Manitobans - that was Steinbach). First Ferrari I ever saw was a 72 Dino 246GTS in a small showroom dealer on Portage Avenue called Cars International (in 1972, of course). They also had a Daytona come through shortly after. When I was in Engineering at U of M in the late 70s, one of the Faculty of Architecture professors drove a white Dino and parked on campus regularly. Of course, I bailed out of Winnipeg upon graduation, and have been in Calgary ever since! Still, I recall seeing a Mondial listed on Autotrader in Winnipeg recently. Regards, Gordon

Ok so was it charcoal maybe? I really think it may me the same one. There really isnt many Canadian Spec Panoz's aside from that one I mentionned. The two or 2 that may be kicking around are grey market U.S cars. Vasco
