Now the car is staying in the garage over the winter months I've decided to set myself a to do list of things I want to get done on the 348.

The first thing I did was to thoroughly wash and clean the car, clay bar it and use AG HD wax over the entire car.

I've given the engine bay a damn good clean from top to bottom. I've used nothing but mild detergent, WD40 and elbow grease. Everything has come up marvelous however there are some things I need advice on:

    1. What is the best way to clean the ribbed rigid ribbed air intake sleeves and what can I use on them to get that nice and new look again that won't damage the material?
    2. Also the suction manifolds cover that these connect to could do with a new crinkle finish...any ideas on the best way to do strip, prepare and refinish this?
    3. The insulation on the engine lid has started to sag an look untidy, it is otherwise in good condition, can anyone recommend a glue to bond this or do I need to replace it?
    4. Can anyone recommend a decent car mat supplier as mine are looking a bit tired and what with christmas coming up it would be nice to put them on my Dear Santa list!
