I'll say this, the front was absolutely stunning. I hope they use this for the 599 replacement, or several styling cues at least. The rear leaves a bit to be desired for me personally, however, I can see the style growing on people. I have no doubt these will sell especially at the price point that was being thrown around.

Actually,it shows Ferrari's new found market aggressiveness in pricing the new car lower then 612.
All in all,much more car and performance, with looks that will be accepted much quicker then the predecessor's.

 

Well put. I quite liked the 612 when I first saw it, but our own Andreas once referred to it as "a beached whale."

 

And I still refer to it as such. The 612 is an amazing machine and I'd be happy to have one (as I'd be happy to have a FF) but its looks are anything but great. It simply is way too big (biggest Ferrari ever made). However the 612 still has harmony in its lines, something the FF is lacking.

 

I LOVE the 612 OTO.

 

Ooh, okay. Yeah, I did look up other exotic's prices and I found it lower than the 612. But I LOVE the 612! It's a sick car! And by the current looks of the FF, I think I'm going to like it! The front looks sorta like a 458, kinda. I think the 458 is cool, too haha.

Yes, awesome car. The 612 is just so classy, I love it!

 

These aren't really exotic, but not so common in the winter. Last sunday I went carspotting because it was warm (before the snow). Much to my surprise, I saw 3 Hemi cars, a C5 Corvette Z06 who accelerated, 2 new 2011 mustangs, one where the lady driver told me it was fast, and then she accelerated quite loudly, a G55 ///AMG, and much to your dissaproval, a Panamara 4S lmao. I know you hate the Panameras, but I LOVE them!
I was quite pleased with my finds, haha.

Today in Skokie, I saw a Porsche 911 997 MK1 Carrera 4S. I filmed it and he revved the engine and accelerated pretty loudly. It's no exotic, but not much else you'll see this winter, in Skokie, after the big blizzard.

saw a yellow 458 Italia on Chicago Ave. yesterday (not a dealer car), and a silver 997 Turbo cab on Clark.

 

SL55 AMG, Bentley Continental GT, Bentley Continental Flying Spur, all on I-94 today! Hahaha. No pics/vids.

I didn't think that at all in person with the 370Z headlights. Then again the LEDs were on, but I didn't even catch it.
