Yes Saw my first Porsche 998. Interesting... a little too bulgy from the front imo. Reminds me a bit of the Panoz Esperante Also a classic BMW with a cute plate (ZWEI K 2) Gray GTR with rims & exhaust, and F430 spider with challenge grille Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, but my dillema: every time I passed by, I was either on a bus or in a car and wasn't able to stop and photograph. Then I cycled there and it wasn't! So finally I needed new shoes, so I went driving to that DSW and when I left, I saw it, swung around, went back, and finally video'd it! Sweet! Temp plates, too.
Went to the Bulls game today w/ my gf, saw a GTR parking and a Phantom & Bentley CFS leaving and... an R8 GT! Barely had a chance to get a picture of it! http://www.exoticspotter.com/car-pictures/60915/audi-r8?u=6423
Saw the new Fisker dealer in Northfield yesterday. There was a white Karma right out front. Very cool looking car!
Oh. I noticed, and I thought it WAS weird, because the car had been there for so long. Interesting. That's awesome!!! Also...matte black, all black, Range Rover in Downtown Evanston this afternoon. Possibly a hockey player's? Had red Hawks plates...
for a "rare" car, Fields Volvo has had multiple ones there. here is a silver one I've seen a darker metallic brown one there, and a white one Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Of course, on my day off! I work right around the corner from there and am around that intersection several times a day
I know it's not an exotic car, but it's a pretty unusual motorcycle...a brand new Russian Ural bike with side car parked on Irving and Wolcott. Not mine, by the way . Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

That McLaren is very cool. I had a friend who bought one in the mid to late 90s. I had the fortunate opportunity to sit in it. However at the time it was not running as in cargo at Heathrow airport a forklift backed into the rear fender. During transit the electrical system became confused and the car refuse to start. This was solved by the McLaren factory in England dialing into the diagnostics for the car remotely (remember this was the mid 90s). Mclaren promptly flew out a technician from the factory in England to my friends house in Oak Brook to address the situation. Of course the other thing that sticks out from that car is the 24k Gold lined engine bay in order to better disperse heat from the massive BMW engine. really wish I could find those pictures.
I have to return there today to get some parts and will try and remember to bring something better than my phone for a camera.. I'll find out how long it's to be there - they also have on the main showroom side an Andretti driven F1 Mclaren.. (racy car, not street car)
Wow, I can't wait to see it!!!!! My dream car, honestly. A McLaren F1 in Chicago? Wow. Too bad your friend got rid of it. But you are lucky to sit in it.
spotted... Yellow 355 on Western Ave pointed north a block north of Augusta sitting in the rain... no snow yet so the drive home should be OK... anyone?
