I've experienced the difficulty of finding wiper blades or inserts for our cars that all of you have. I've read here about some of the solutions that involved clipping the ends of inserts, etc. I figured there had to be an insert somewhere that would work without some shade tree engineering. Today I found a great solution.

If you buy Trico wiper inserts #46-180 for 18" or #46-190 for 19" and remove your old inserts these slide right in and "click-in" right where they are supposed to. $14 and they fit perfectly.

I did this in the parking lot at the auto parts store one day and it was amazingly easy. The parts counter guy was amazed that he had parts for Ferraris in stock!

    Thread resurrection! :)

Does anyone in the UK know of an equal product / supplier for replacement blades?
