I am looking for the gloss vinyl sleeve most Ferraris use for the wire harness. My car is a 1984 Boxer and the sleeve has cracked and needs to be replaced specifically around the engine compartment . I know the sleeve becomes brittle with heat over time and when you remove they just crumble. I have checked several sources and talked too many shops and I end up with flat black tubing resembling heat shrink which I am avoiding.
I have checked the motorcycle industry but only sells the gloss black sleeve with complete harnesses and usually is limited in length.
I am looking for a 1/2 to 3/4 dia. for the 8 to 12 wire bundle roughly 16 gage each.

    Any information would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

There is also this place..... although I have not actually seen their sleeving in person, so I cannot speak to how "true to original" it is ---- looks to be quite close, however.

Rebuilding my engine bay wire looms using tubing from Bosch. It is close but not identical to the 328 black tubing.

    Brian,

Does your source have the 308 green tubing?

FWIW, I have looked for the "green" stuff for a long time......and have never been able to locate a source.

I would also like to know if anyone has found one.

I have never looked for it but I have not seen it either.

Try Reoriginals. Just call them. Their website doesn't always cover everything.

Give Perfect Reflections Products a try too. I know her pretty well. Worth a call.

    Me too. :(

I found all the colored wires Ferrari used, available in South Africa at good prices. Bought enough to build three of the two engine bay wiring looms.

Gunna put the Helms GCK on them too. :)
