    It is an old lawyer's trick. If you are guilty, attack the law itself as ambiguous.

    Ferrari somehow was able to make this fly.

    To be honest, there is a practice session in Monza in about 7 hours that interests me much more than this mess.

    A trick with credibility because sometimes it is valid.
    The rule is beyond ambiguous. Its meaningless. If it weren't the FIA wouldn't have backed down.
